Therapy is an invaluable investment that can benefit you for a lifetime. Mental health and wellness should not be treated any differently than physical healthcare and some may argue it’s even more important. At the very least, mind, body and soul should be treated with the same respect to guarantee a good quality of life.

Fees for Services

At Brady Mental Health & Wellness, I strive to make mental health care accessible while providing high-quality, individualized treatment. My fees reflect the level of care, expertise, and time dedicated to your therapeutic journey.

  • Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes): $175
  • Individual Therapy Session (30 minutes): $100
  • Intake Appointment: $180

Payment Methods:
I accept payments via credit/debit card, HSA/FSA. Payment is due at the time of each session. You will be expected to keep a current card on file via my secure Electronic Health Record, Simple Practice.

Sliding Scale

I understand that the cost of therapy can be a barrier for some individuals. As such, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots based on financial need. If you would like to inquire about sliding scale fees, please contact me directly to discuss your situation.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Cigna
  • Carefirst/BCBS is pending

If you are insured through one of these companies, I will work directly with your insurance to submit claims for reimbursement. You will be responsible for any copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance fees according to your insurance plan.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can still provide services, but you will need to pay for sessions upfront. You may then be able to submit a claim to your insurance for partial reimbursement. This is known as out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure about your out-of-network coverage, I recommend contacting your insurance company for more information.

Verifying Benefits

If you’d like to use your insurance for therapy sessions, please contact your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits. Some questions you can ask your insurance company include:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible, copay, or coinsurance for mental health services?
  • How many therapy sessions are covered per year?
  • Is this provider in-network or out-of-network for my plan?

If you need help navigating insurance benefits or have questions about payment options, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to assist in ensuring the process is as smooth as possible for you.
